About Facility Registration

To register or modify a facility, you need to be signed in.
To lower the barrier for registration, we've limited the required fields to just "Facility Category" (either Tattoo Studio, Hot Spring/Bath Facility, Public Bath, Hotel, Pool/Gym, or Beach), "Facility Name", and "Facility Address" (Prefecture and City/Ward/Town/Village).
This allows you to register as easily as possible, even if you don't know all the detailed information.

Please understand that since the registered content can be modified by anyone, data may be changed unintentionally. Also, in cases of inappropriate or incorrect content, the management may make corrections. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

1. 1. Sign Up/Sign In (Free)

   Since anyone can register and edit facility information on 'Tattoo Japan', we maintain a revision history. Therefore, you need to sign in before proceeding with facility registration.

   • We plan to implement Apple and LINE account login options in the future based on user demand.

   

2. 2. Duplicate Check

   Select the facility type (bathing facilities/hot springs, public baths, hotels, pools/gyms, beaches, tattoo studios) and enter the 'Facility Name (Japanese)', then please check if the facility is already registered using the duplicate check button.

   • If duplicate data is found, you can either edit that facility information or copy it to register as a new facility.
   • If determined to be duplicate data, the management team may delete the registered facility.

   

3. 3. Input Fields and Registration

   Please fill in both required and optional fields for registration. As we are actively working to enhance content for foreign visitors, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation with English translations as well.

   • Recommended image size is 1200*675 (landscape orientation).
   • Please note that when editing a closed or temporarily closed facility, it will automatically be treated as open.
