3.Prices and Service Delivery

Site Supporter: Voluntary amount selected by the user

[Tattoo Japan Studio (SaaS)]
Individual Plan: 9,800 JPY/month (tax included)
Studio Plan: Pricing available upon inquiry
Additional Artists: 1,980 JPY per person/month (tax included)
*Each plan includes a 2-month free trial period

Services are provided immediately after payment confirmation. Tattoo Japan Studio free trials begin immediately after account registration.
All prices are tax inclusive.

4.Payment Method and Timing

Payment Method: Credit Card (via Stripe)
Timing: Payment is processed immediately upon subscription.

Site Supporter payments are processed immediately upon submission.

[Tattoo Japan Studio (SaaS)]
After the 2-month free trial period ends, the plan automatically converts to a paid subscription and monthly billing commences. Thereafter, plans renew automatically each month.

5.Free Trial

Tattoo Japan Studio offers a 2-month free trial period for each plan. All features are available during the trial period. Users may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charges. If the user does not cancel before the trial period ends, the plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription. The free trial duration, eligible plans, and other conditions may be modified or discontinued at the Company's discretion. Users will be notified in advance of any such changes through posting on the Service. Users who have already commenced a trial period will be subject to the conditions in effect at the time their trial began.

6.Cancellation, Termination, and Refunds

Site Supporter payments are non-refundable.

[Tattoo Japan Studio (SaaS)]
During free trial: Cancellation is available at any time with no charges.
During paid period: Users may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid further charges. Payments already made are non-refundable, except as required by law.
After cancellation, users may continue to use the service until the end of their paid period.

7.System Requirements

Supported Browsers: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge
Supported Devices: PC, tablet, and smartphone
An internet connection is required.

8.Special Provisions

The services provided by the Company are digital content and cloud services, and are not subject to the cooling-off period under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. However, users may stop using the service at any time in accordance with the cancellation and refund provisions described above.
