Public beach managed by an Ibaraki municipality (Oarai, Hitachinaka, Hitachi, Kamisu, Hokota, Kitaibaraki, etc.). No tattoo prohibition ordinance or prefectural guideline has been confirmed for beaches in Ibaraki. Following the Tourism Agency's notice, the policy of not refusing entry based solely on tattoos is widely communicated. Generally tolerant.

Parking available (5,000 spaces, 20 accessible; cars 1,000 yen, mid-size 1,300 yen, large 3,000 yen, motorcycles 400 yen; free except on weekends, holidays, Golden Week, and during beach season).
