Public beach managed by a Kochi municipality (Tosashimizu, Shimanto, Otsuki, Kuroshio, Toyo, Tosa, etc.). No tattoo prohibition ordinance or prefectural guideline has been confirmed for beaches in Kochi. Generally tolerant as remote-area tourism destinations including Kashiwajima.

From Sukumo Sta. on the Tosa-Kuroshio Railway, take Kochi Seinan Kotsu bus bound for Fureai Park Otsuki (about 24 min), then transfer to the Kashiwajima bus (about 30 min) to the terminus.

Kashiwajima Tourism Center parking: 171 cars, 500 yen/car July–September (free outside that period).

Free admission. Famous for its emerald-green crystal-clear waters.
