Beaches in Mie Prefecture broadly adopt "no visible tattoo" practices, centered on Shima City's Goza Shirahama. About 20 min by Kamome Bus (bound for Arashima) from Toba Station on the JR/Kintetsu Line; get off at "Arashima," then 5-min walk. About 15-min drive from Toba Exit on the Ise-Futami-Toba Line.
