Public beach managed by an Iwate municipality (Sanriku Coast, Miyako, Kamaishi, Ofunato, etc.). No tattoo prohibition ordinance or prefectural guideline has been confirmed for beaches in Iwate. Generally tolerant as a Sanriku Fukko National Park tourism destination.
