Kanagawa Prefecture has established prefectural beach guidelines that uniformly prohibit publicly displayed tattoos which frighten others. The same operation applies to all beaches in the prefecture. Bathing is permitted if covered with a T-shirt or rash guard.

From "Zushi Station" on the JR Yokosuka Line and "Shin-Zushi Station" on the Keikyu Line, take a bus around the coast to "Isshiki Kaigan", or take a bus around Yamate and get off at "Hayama" (about 20 minutes each)
