A hotspring bathhouse at Umegashima Shinden Hotspring area owned by Shizuoka city. It locates in Abe-oku area where you can feel its unique atmosphere of this area along the upper stream of Abe river. This facility contains the most equipments and best accommodation among five hotspring facilities owned by Shizuoka city. There are also many sightseeing and dropping spots along the way to this area, which makes variable bases of visitors. It is owned by Shizuoka city that follows the law faithfully, in particular "Local Autonomy Law Article 244". It means there is no limit nor refuse to those who have tattoo. Including this facility, all hotspring bathhouse, public bath and pool facilities are tattoo friendly.
