The official FAQ states that guests with tattoos may use the facility after buying the designated cover sticker (220 yen including tax, 12.8 cm × 18.2 cm) on entry and having staff check it. Tattoos larger than one sticker are not admitted, and stickers cannot be reused, so buy one each visit. Guests found without a sticker or with uncovered tattoos must leave without a refund.
