Given this societal context, excluding individuals with tattoos from gyms constitutes discriminatory behavior and the exclusion of different cultures. Therefore, we believe that as long as the customer in question does not actively expose their tattoos or engage in behavior that frightens other users, it is not a valid reason to refuse them access to the gym.
