Watch Tattoo Artists at Work

Participating artists will tattoo at the venue, sharing their techniques and individual styles. It is a chance to see the work behind the images in their portfolios. Live music and dance are also planned. (Source: the organizer’s TIGET event listing.)

Explore the Artist Lineup Before You Go

The official lineup includes Holy Tomo, Horiken, and Jeff Gogue, as well as Maud Dardeau and Melissa Lopez Whyte, among others. Browsing their portfolios beforehand is a useful way to decide which artists you would like to meet.

Want to get tattooed at the festival?

Contact your preferred artist through the links in the official directory to ask about bookings, availability, pricing, and your design. An admission ticket does not itself reserve a tattoo appointment. If you need to communicate in English, check that with the artist when you enquire.

The contest program changes daily, giving you another way to choose when to visit. The final day includes Best of Show.

Plan Your Visit

Seeing a tattoo in person brings scale, placement, and composition into view in a way a photograph cannot. Pick a few artists or contest categories to explore, and give yourself time to discover work you have not seen before.

Before travelling, check the official website and official Instagram account, @tokyobay_tattoo_festival, for the latest announcements.

Information checked on October 23, 2026. Event details, participating artists, and prices may change.
