Public beach managed by a Miyagi municipality (Matsushima, Oshika Peninsula, Minamisanriku, etc.). No tattoo prohibition ordinance or prefectural guideline has been confirmed for beaches in Miyagi. Generally tolerant as a Sanriku Coast tourism destination.
